To secure an Appointment at Hands of Gold Spa we require a Card on file to book appointment. 

This applies to Groupons, New Clients or anyone that is a client.

This policy offers guest transparent pricing and no-hassle check out while eliminating financial impact caused by missed appointments and late -cancellations.

NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE

As a policy by my leasing agent we are no longer allowed to have children under 10 years in the treatment room or left in the lobby. This is for the safety of your child and the facility.

All products and Packages are NON REFUNDABLE, . All packaged and Treatments are NON REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we request 24HOUR/DAY notice. Cancellations with less that 24HOUR/DAY notice will result in a Charger of 25 dollars late cancellation fee . A missed appointment ( No-Show) will result in a charge of 45 dollar per schedule service. (due to the Pandemic we have not been charging anyone.

If you are unable to commit to appointment in advance, we recommend sign up on line for our waiting list. should any appointment becomes open in our schedule occur, you will receive a text notification, email , or call and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.
